The HMC garden
Grown by community volunteers on permaculture principles, the garden brings together aged care social groups, local high school students, and children from Tilly’s Preschool. It also hosts birthday parties, a yarning circle, and workshops

Community members and organisations can request shed support for small repairs, shelving, planter boxes, event items, and site improvements. All requests are subject to approval, volunteer availability, and suitability

Volunteers keep both spaces active and welcoming — gardening, harvesting, maintenance, small repairs, workshops, and events. All volunteers meet with HMC management first and need the required checks
